Sales Development Rep - DACH/UK/BENELUX
Amazic is looking to add a salesperson to their team based in our HQ just outside of Amsterdam or in London. Ideally the successful candidate will be in place before September 2018. Our hiring process is thorough but moves quickly for the right person. The regional sales territory will be the top 100 accounts in the Netherlands or the UK.
You are an accomplished salesperson with the ability and desire to prospect consistently on the phone, via email/Linkedin, and at a company trade event to brand new prospects. Knowledge of the IT infrastructure industry, ideally DevOps, Cloud and Virtualisation is preferred, but not required if you have a history of sales success in any IT sales or training environment, and the ability to learn quickly and retain that knowledge. You are adept at starting conversations, building rapport and meeting setting for the field sales team. You are well spoken, are credible on the phone, have high energy levels and write well. People consider you energetic and a great team player and you consider your sales territory your personal business. You are accustomed to tracking your sales behaviour and metrics as a source of effectiveness and improvement. While already operating at a high level, you understand an accept training and coaching as a source of constant growth. Most importantly you must be flexible and adaptable in your sales approach, being able to leverage multiple products, services, partners and relationships to be able to build and sell compelling complex solutions.
You must have a verifiable history of earning in excess of £30,000 annually and a need to quickly surpass £50,000. Our top sales people regularly exceed their KPIs and targets and as such are high earners.
